Mr. Andrew Williams and the team provide an exemplary legal service, taking a lot of the stress and consternation out of what was an extremely stressful and challenging set of circumstances. In huge part thanks to their experience and professionalism, I obtained a very satisfactory result in my proceedings. Fees and costs were really reasonable, clearly explained, and were forecasted with enough time to reduce the financial shock. You never want to need a criminal defence team, but if you do, I'd absolutely recommend them.

Having any legal matter to deal with can be a daunting thought often mixed with anxiety and stress, however from the very onset Mark Williams put me totaly at ease, and feeling more confident of a positive outcome. At our first meeting Mr Williams mapped out for me the process both best and worst scenario. He explained how he would be defending my matter and also the time frame he expected it to be resolved in. I did not need to make any appearances in court and Mr Williams was very prompt in relaying the outcome of each attendance. In hindsight overviewing the whole process I have to say that I am so impressed with Mr Williams and would highly reccomend him.

The team at Williams are very professional, accurate and efficient. They are a pleasure to deal with and no question was too hard. They treated me as if I was part of their family. They showed great respect and sincerity in all communications and meetings. Myself and my family have enjoyed the time we spent working together with them recently and in the past.

Laura, was very concise and clear on the pathway forward. She "walks the talk", without the sales spiel. She was very "matter of fact" and "black and white" about my case. That's Refreshing! - Thanks Laura. p.s Parking is easy, compared to those, city based suits.

My review of 5 stars is simply not high enough. I have needed to use Andrew a few times over the years and each time he has provided me with the most outstanding professional advice and his communication with me and his response time is second to none for a man as busy as he is. His friendly, polite and honest personality is shared by the court too and it always gave me great confidence that the magistrates and judges he is talking to take his word. Not only have I had Andrew but Mark has appeared at district court for me as well as write my will, power of attorney and advance care directive. Laura has appeared in court for me and also met me at a police station to secure release on bail after being arrested. Further to the highest professional service they offer my review also goes further and is about the way they all treat you personally. This extends to Marie also who works there and its simple things that 95% of big or small businesses lack is a smile and caring about how you are going outside of court. I have recommended life long friends to use the firm which is testament to their abilities and every single person that has seen his work over the many cases he has represented me in all remind me how much of an amazing job he has done time and time again and such an awesome guy to match Thank you so much to everyone at the firm for all you have done for me.
