Just the worst company, bad call centre, bad billing, unreliable

Customer service is appalling. I rang Neverfail 4 weeks ago to pick up a water cooler as I was moving to a new office and we didn't need it anymore, and and a new tenant was moving in. 4 weeks, and 3 more phone calls (2 of which said it was going to be referred to the manager) and it is still sitting there.

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND CAN NOT GET THE SIMPLEST OF ORDERS CORRECT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE.

There must be one person in their mothers basement, eating Cheetohs running this scheme of a business. No online updates for years, no replies to emails or Facebook messages. Clearly no replies here in the comments. I have paid, multiple times for services I have not received. I am in talks with the ombudsman and a lawyer about this. You can't take money, and just ignore ever possible way of contact.
