Novotel Barossa Valley Resort

The hotel charged the room fee on my credit card without my authorisation (room fee was paid by the booking agent to them). The hotel then advised they had refunded to me but turned out to have refunded to someone elses account. They then said they had refunded again to my credit card but still not delivered. Its been a month now, and they still havent refunded to me! Outrageous, very poor service, they just dont care about others!

About an hour's drive from Adelaide airport, so I'd recommend hiring a car. There's not much around, so if you want to do some shopping or visit some wineries, you'd need a car to get there from the hotel. There's plenty of parking available at the hotel at no cost. All of he rooms are set up so that you enter and leave your room from outside and you walk a short distance to the main hotel where the restaurant is, which is where they serve breakfast. If you're going in autumn/winter, bring a warm coat because it's FREEZING outside! There is a dedicated kids indoor play area which is right next to the outdoor pool. The restaurant has delicious food, and the staff are lovely. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable and there's a lovely private little outdoor patio where you can sit with your coffee and admire the view.
