        Henny and her amazing group of trainers are beyond incredible. They have all played their own part in helping me to learn to love exercising again and take back my health. Henny (owner, PT and general class taker extraordinary) and Elle (incredible pilates and boxing instructor) are both amazing and cater for my injuries, they ensure my technique is spot on and substitute exercises to make sure I don't aggravate old injuries. Couldn't recommend MBODY more!
