I signed my 10yo son up here for classes because he just wasn't enjoying the contact elements and competitiveness of AFL football. He didn't want to try another team sport so we decided FIIT Kids might be a good option for him. I'm so glad we gave it a go! From the start Alice was welcoming and introduced my son to other classmates his age with more experience. She paired them so he could learn from the other children, and also spent a lot of time making sure he had his technique correct for the different moves. She keep the children moving between different activities so they didn't get bored, and they still had friendly competition for some of the elements, which my son actually enjoyed in this environment. He got a great fitness workout and throughly enjoyed his experiences. The children all worked really well together despite the large age range. We can't wait to come back next term for regular classes!

Both our children spent many Saturdays training with Alice. Fantastic way to get your children active. Alice is kind and committed to your childs health. Highly recommended.

My girls absolutely enjoy what they are learning and having so much fun along the way! Love how they sleep like rocks those nights after the session too haha! Wish I could give more stars!
