    I cant speak highly enough of my experience at Transform Orthodontic Care. I was greeted by Sirena the Treatment Coordinator and immediately felt at ease. Serina was genuine warm and understanding which made it all worthy of five stars. Dr Daniel De Angelis was also very professional, understanding and warm. And mostly honest, with his advice. I wouldnt hesitate recommending anyone going there for a consultation. As I know they would have your interest better interest at heart.

    My son is having his orthodontic treatment with Dr De Angelis and the process has been so easy. Love the convenience of dental monitoring as we are a very busy family. Dr De Angelis and the team are all very lovely and make my son feel comfortable and at ease. We go to the St Peters practice and it is so beautiful and clean. His teeth are looking amazing. Very excited to see the end result. Highly recommend!!

    Thanks so much to Dr De Angelis and staff for the great work with my two children's teeth - their smiles were truly transformed with braces. The change in my son was quite marked, with his side profile also changing due to the jaw being correctly aligned - amazing! Dr De Angelis was lovely. He was very calm and worked in his quiet and polite manner, with his full attention to detail at all times. He was extremely professional and we're very grateful for the outcome. Thank you again!

    Unfortunately we have had so far a less than perfect experience at TOC. We were recommended to go to the St. Peters branch by a family friend. My daughter started her orthodontic treatment there from 08/21, but she only had 3 face to face appointments until now. After the correction of the upper and lower jaws, she received the braces on the teeth in 06/22, but didnt get any feedback or calls from the clinic except for the automatic feedback from the App. And, unacceptably, the staff forgot to cut the edge of a dental wire. The poor girl had bleeding in the mouth causing us to call the branch for emergency treatment. But were told to wait until the following week, even though it caused some pain. All up, it has been disappointing so far. I sincerely hope our case is an isolated one and that Dr. Angelis and his team always will pay the required attention to their patients and not just the marketing of the business.

    Unfortunately not the best experience. Some staff at the St Peters store are very rude particularly when Dr DeAngelis isnt around. One example is when I was here last year and the receptionist politely let the dental team know, again, that I had arrived for my 8am appointment as it was now 8.15am. The receptionist got a loud, sarcastic reply of Jeeze great Im so glad!! which I could embarrassingly hear from the waiting room. The dental team then proceeded to keep talking out the back and make me wait until 8.20am even though there were no customers there. It was rude to speak to the receptionist like this and also didnt make me feel like a valued customer, although I dont think it was at me personally. I also had ceramic accidentally placed under my gum line by an inexperienced worker which wasnt picked up on and subsequently stayed there for the period of my 18months of treatment. At the end of my treatment it took two different visits to remove it from under my gum and I left with a cut, swollen and bleeding gum. Staff didnt refer this matter to a senior staff member until after my gum was cut despite already being sent home after their first failed attempt at removing. I also asked staff throughout my treatment what I would think should be basic questions for this line of dental work such as how do I use this piksters pack and how do I floss with my wire, and how should i wear these new cross over elastics to which the staff werent sure and couldnt answer my questions. The computers were down at the change over of my elastics to help my overbite and so couldnt tell me how to wear them. I then messaged via the dental monitoring app and got a stick standard reply telling me I didnt have elastics for my overbite as their notes hadnt been updated. Some staff are very friendly and the business has been very accommodating to last minute appointment changes and cancellations. Sadly theres not many appointments available though without needing to book months in advance or go to one of 3 different clinics. I also havent been given my before and after pictures which I have asked to be sent or emailed 3 different times. There was a big sell at the consult of how your teeth could look after treatment and they go to the effort to take photos of before and after but I feel the end of a clients journey could be a little more rewarding eg have a before and after pack made up for clients to collect with their retainers. I experienced repeated issues with the dental monitoring app even after updates and had to keep deleting and reinstalling the app. My aligners near the end of treatment also had 7 or 8 trays not fit which I was told to just get scissors and cut them myself. I ended up taking the trays in and having them cut by staff. I also had a brand new spark aligner tray come out of the packet with red marks all over it which couldnt be cleaned or removed. Sadly I wouldnt recommend transform orthodontics based on my experience. My teeth do look amazing now.
