Fantastic renovation. Couldnt be happier. Its everything we asked for and more. Kym and his staff were great & we were more than happy with every aspect from the quoting process to the finished work on our extension. Highly recommend Halliday Builders. We are going to use them again for our new kitchen. Cant wait.

We had our bathroom done from scratch and I must say the workman ship was first class. I was wrapt with all the help in choosing various parts for the over all look. It was done to the budget and a great experience. It has now given me complete confidence to go again as we need our kitchen done next. Thank you to all who worked on our project I would recommend your work to anyone requiring a builder.

Substandard job. Eg architraves put up with mistaken cuts in them and they didn't even bother to bog up the incorrect cuts. Incomplete works (eg missing skirtings) and difficulty getting mistakes fixed. Pestering by phone and threatening emails for payment before works completed. Aggressive phone calls from the company principal. Quote was not inclusive even though specifically requested to be. Builder breached the contract and refused to complete building works as promised and contracted. Ended up having to call another contractor to finish the job (cornices) around a half wall Halliday Builders built because Kym Halliday refused all contact after getting his money even though he promised he'd come back and finish the job. Second contractor said "I'm sorry but I have to cut a bend into the cornice because they haven't built the wall up to the ceiling height and they've pulled the ceiling down to meet the wall." Overall an unpleasant and sub standard experience. Avoid Kym Halliday and his "building company" at all costs.
