        I have experienced exceptional customer service from Jennifer in reception in her knowledge and assistance for my consultation bookings as needed. Jennifer is very professional in her work and pleasant making you very comfortable after the consultation, an asset to the business. The optician Boris is very experienced in his work very friendly and explains the importance of keeping eyes checked and a clear explanation of the eye function in plain terms is excellent. I have been attending Opsm with Boris many years now and have given my highest recommendations of his service to others and of Jennifer's reception support well done to you both.
