Don't book bone density for late in the afternoon. They cancelled appointment on 2 occasions on the day, after being booked 2 weeks ahead. Expected me to rearrange my day to come in earlier. I tried, but was a little late for the earlier appointment, but this was no good - no scan. Usually have a good experience with RSA, but to Radiology SA - you should not book times you are not going to honour. This would be a zero rating for bone density scanning. This is only mediated by previous positive experiences.

I would highly recommend radiology sa they are so nice very polite don't know why they have a low star rating. The staff are great.
