        Regretfully we used these cheats for a house inspection. They obviously work with the real estate agents and report nothing, so you buy the house. DO NOT go with an Inspector that the Real Estate agent suggests.... His report was pathetic, it was done super quick, he didnt check everything, I could have done a better job than that. Caused us a heap of grief and a lot of money fixing stuff any other report would have picked up. Do NOT use this business, they are useless and cheats. I dont even want to give 1 star, but I have to put something!!!

        This guy considers getting into a roof 'inaccessible'. He did not alert me to the fact the previous owners had removed internal walls rendering the roof insecure which has now resulted in a sunken in ceiling. He pointed out a few obvious flaws which a sixth grader could have pulled together and I'm sure 98% of the report was generic. Find someone better.
