When setting out to find a company to rebrand our catering business and create a website, turned out to be easier than I thought. After looking locally at a couple of places I came across Cohere Creative. From the start their website hooked me in as it was lovely to look at and everything was easy to read and get information. From there is where our journey began. Lauren and Jess are the lovely ladies you could meet, they have been so amazing and in my mind have gone above and beyond my expectation. The level of service and quality of work they do is fantastic. Well worth the money spent. From all our correspondence back and forth and training videos I've learnt so much from them and they are always willing and able to help out. Not a lot had to be changed as they understood us from the start and absolutely nailed our logo and website design. In closing I would highly recommend Lauren and Jess @ Cohere Creative, trust me you wont regret it. I feel like we've made friends for life and will definitely used them again in the future. Thanks again for all of your help with our major website upgrade for Boston Bay Wines that went live back in February. It has completely reinvigorated our online wine sales which has been a great motivator and helped us to maintain a positive outlook through the down turn of COVID-19. We have now sold $5500 worth of wine on the platform and are now receiving repeat orders with customers confidently navigating though to point of sale. We are now excited to add additional products and merchandise to the store and grow this aspect of our business. Thanks again for all your work - having such a beautiful website which is easy to maintain and edit has been such a blessing during the last 6 months.

Knowing how important it is to have a good website in business these days didnt stop this builder and hairdresser husband and wife team from sticking our heads in the sand when confronted with a site that wasnt quite right. When it crashed altogether I bit the bullet and called Cohere Creative to get their insight. Jess answered the phone and within our five minute chat I felt confidence that we might be heading in the right direction. By the next day Jess had sent a proposal which included a video walking me through our current site issues and how it would be best rectified. Communication was excellent during the process and the website was completely overhauled well within the time frame Jess promised (saving our online invisible butts). Previously I have nothing but overwhelming doubt about managing a site for our business, now I am excited at the prospect of adding new blogs etc and know that I have support if I get stuck.
