Love the sauce that comes on the chicken burger and the chips always have plenty of salt.

I usually don't do negative reviews, but I had the iced milk bubble tea and was so disgusted that I had to bin it. This is not authentic bubble/boba tea as they don't use tapioca pearls - they use something similar to Hungry Jack's bursties. It isn't chewy and it bursts the second you chew down on it. I'm not sure what tea they use either but it was not anything like the milk tea's I've had in the past, a little too spicy tasting if that makes sense? There was also no ice in the drink...so it isn't iced tea either. I ordered a size large and the sad part is that the large cup is smaller than Coco bubble tea's medium at a very similar price point. I'm only using them as an example as they have really nice bubble tea, but obviously a regional business would be more expensive to cover costs so that's understandable. I'd overlook the size if they weren't selling a product as something it isn't even close to being. I don't blame the staff member for this, he was very friendly and did his job well so props to him - but something needs to change with the boba.
