We visited on Saturday night and the food was excellent quality and very well priced pub grub and well portioned with also pizzas (we didnt try these although they looked great)
Chicken schnitzel was perfectly crumbed and tender. Excellent atmosphere and bar.
Staff very friendly and very flexible with alterations to menu - rare! A sure sign of good service is when despite being busy, they still flexible with changes on menu items.
Great beers and they serve imperial sized pints.
Also a good selection of interesting drinks e.g vodka iced tea, others vodka mixes etc which should appeal to the younger crowd.
Lots of good things planned under the new management. We were told that there will be live bands (apparently deal has been struck) on Sunday.
And there is regular Karaoke - next one is next week.
We have been in PA for a year.
This looks like its going to be the pub for us.
We have tried them all.
