Thank you so much Dr. Danielle for helping me cope with Anxiety, Depression & Quit Smoking. I was initially suffering from such mental health conditions and was a chain smoker since 3 years. With the help of Dr. Danielle, I was able to learn different techniques to help relax my mood in case of anxious state of mind, as well as able to attain a healthy lifestyle,that I believed wad not possible until I took hypnotherapy and Anxiety sessions from her . Danielle is a breath of fresh air. I attended her 'New Year, New You' hypno-meditation sessions early in 2021, and then worked with her one on one using hypnotherapy. The work we have put in has helped to unleash my potential. Danielle is a calm and soothing soul and I am forever grateful for her assistance. I couldn't recommend working with Danielle more.

Danielle Paphitis is such a beautiful spirit and really easy to work with. I feel super comfortable, relaxed and open to release my most deep inner thoughts. I was a little apprehensive doing hypnotherapy virtually at first. However, within minutes of my opening session with Danielle I felt like she was in the room in front of me, which made me feel so relaxed in my surroundings and her presence. We were working on a specific issue, and the hypno helped me immensely. Additionally, the journey taken has helped me in other areas in my life naturally. For anyone around the globe looking to be inspired, work through issues, whilst feeling relaxed and comfortable I would highly recommend Danielle to work with - she is AWESOME!!.
