If you want your house to leak in three years, you can choose this company. The house they built in 2019 is now leaking badly. Leaks from the balcony and roof damaged our first floor ceilingdooras well as timbers. I contacted their company for warranty, and they asked me to send email to their company. But they never responded and aren't answering any phone called. I contacted the property maintenance company to repair and was told to contact the builder as it would cost more than $7,000 to fix it myself. And obviously, as a new house, it's a quality issue. They didn't waterproof it properly. We called them so many times. At first they said they will fix for us, but nobody come. And then, no one answered our phone call anymore. Now, at this midnight, the door of my room just like waterfall. THEY ARE TERRIBLE BUILDERS!

They both were a huge help in getting us through the paperwork kept us up to date on all the stages of construction. The whole team at Sunshine Homes has been fantastic to deal with.
