Firle Medical Centre

I've been going to Firle Medical Centre for probably something like 7 years now and I'll continue going there even though they have shifted to mixed billing; I believe doctors deserve to be paid properly for the work they do! The lovely nurses and doctors have gently helped me through so many ups and downs in my life, I am so grateful to have a practice I can rely on. I write this review as I am going through a horrible chronic ongoing condition in recent times and have seen a doctor many times for the smallest of things, they are so kind and patient with me. Special shout out to Dr Elia and Dr Shanton who have really looked after me throughout my life! Highly recommend.

As a new patient started going there today 9/5/22 reception staff were lovely & Dr Hatwell was really lovely she really listened to what I had to say as she showed interest and after letting me have my say she explained a few option to me & made me feel really & comfortable and confident as my old dr always was very judgemental and made me feel like a failure

Used to have a good relationship but aparently i owe them a fee which i never knew about and considering i have a health care card, questioned this fee to Doc and his response was " oh well, i wont be seeing you until fee is paid"... great job Dic, i mean Doc, now its clear, money before health. Refusing medical for money. No chance i will be paying and stepping foot into this place. Used to be a good place, but going down hill fast.

I have been seeing Dr Bailey William's for over 25 years. He is always kind and knowledgeable to help me with my vast medical conditions. A great medical practice.
