        They will offer you and agree on incentives to buy from them and never honour the agreement. I bought a house at Klemzig on the fourth from Connekt as a home and land package. I was offered incentives like solar system, floor boards though out and an Alarm system. The builder is rivergumhomes, they refused an inspection except one week before the completion of the build. When I went to inspect, I didnt find the agreed incentives ( no solar, no floor boards on the bedrooms , no alarm system) when I sent the agreement emails to them , connekt representative called and said that they will not honour the agreement and they will do nothing to compensate me for this gross mistake. They are not honest.
