Junction

Was only with Junction for a short amount of time, before leaving Adelaide. When I moved in, the house was well presented. Alexandra was very professional, personable and made any expectations clear cut. She was great to deal with, possibly one of the best property managers I have had. When I left, I left the place as I recieved it. Clean, clear of furniture, rubbish etc with exception of lawns as the person who was meant to get them done never showed up. Alexandra was understanding about this not being a fault of my own and agreed to get it sorted with no extra charge. Within a week or two I recieved refund for money owed to me without hassle. Thanks Junction and Alexandra for your help when it was needed. Don't trust the legitimacy of these poor reviews

I moved over to Junction Housing from Housing SA due to redevelopment of Oaklands Park. I absolutely DIDN'T WANT TO MOVE TO JUNCTION & they were made aware of my feelings. my opinion based on others. I come from a history of DV & my son is rather challenging, I can honestly say throughout the relocation process which took months, We experienced a whirlwind of emotions yet recieved total support, Especially emotionally & a load of patience. Junction are clearly different to Housing SA & yes situations can become messy but WITH BOTH PROVIDERS. 12months on, We've had situations BUT COMMUNICATING makes a world of difference. Junction Housing Marion Office have been great Perhaps organisations should start reviewing their tennants!

Awful service, awful staff - save for the receptionists - functions as a for profit organization that tried to evict an elderly bot with terminal illnesses over $800. They get to manage properties owned by the state government and force "clients", into rent relief which is effectively fraud against the commonwealth Government. Having to deal with them on behalf of those who cannot help themselves is a nightmare. One star is too generous.
