I went to Maserati earlier this year with the intention of just talking about potential models which would fit what I was looking for. Nicholas took fantastic care of me on multiple occasions, welcoming me personally to the business and making me feel at home in the show room. He was polite and professional and listened to all of my questions both in the office and outside of work hours. He really went the extra mile for me and I cannot recommend him enough!
