Cost almost 3 times more than other inspectors even for the time he spent. 900 dollars for 3 hours!! He did give a detailed report but so do others if you choose a good one. However it was mostly surface details. (New build) He did miss one very important plumbing issue. A waste of money for me unfortunately, also because even with the report you have to try to get the builder to actually do the work!

Fred is one of the best in the business. He knows absolutely everything there is to know and will ensure that you have peace of mind when looking at a property. I have engaged with him a few times now and each report has tremendous detail and is written very well. I will continue to use Freds services and expertise in the future.

Terrible service, late to appointment. Very slow to supply any information and charges a lot more than anyone else. Just dont use them.
