        I had an exceptional experience at an F45 studio that stood out for several reasons: - Amazing staff - Spacious floor space - Great support facilities - High energy vibes The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent guidance. The studio had ample space for comfortable workouts, well-maintained facilities, and a positive atmosphere that fueled high energy. Highly recommended for a fantastic fitness experience! Can't wait to return for more energizing workouts!

        As a travelling F45 member from interstate, I was made to feel super welcome by Helen. Awesome roomy studio with supplied water, towels and a great ratio of coaches for the class. If travelling to Adelaide again, I'll definitely drop back in!
