Based on previous experiences I thought all financial advisors were the same - smoke and mirrors, confusing information, superfluous fluff and ongoing fees. Jacie Taylor blew out the smoke and broke the mirrors. Shes real, personable and smart. From the initial consult there was a genuine desire to demystify the jargon and work with me to secure the best possible outcomes based on my financial situation. Jacie spoke with clarity and enthusiasm and if I didn't quite grasp everything, she produced a comprehensive step by step document which summarised it all. Her partner Marco ensured the process went smoothly from start to finish and did so with patience and good humour. Everyone should have a Jacie and Marco as their financial guides.
