        Not only don't they answer the phone @ PARALOWIE OTR but Customer Service don't answer the phone either. So how on earth do you get intouch regarding damages from the OTR car wash to my vehicle that happened nearly a week ago. I'm still waiting for a call back.. :(

        The old woman with red hair clearly has issues and is absolutely useless at her job. Telling customers what they should and shouldn't be doing is appalling. Is it that difficult to do your job properly and treat people with respect? Maybe you're having a bad day but don't take it out on the people around you, absolutely disgusting behaviour.

        Your phone never works and nobody ever picks up... If it's not broken it's always something else. Your staff have even unplugged or taken phone of the hook before to avoid anyone calling.
