The owner came to quote. We accepted the quote & the owner arrived on the first day but brought his apprentice along & left him to do the work for the whole week. We had problems with the grouting - gaps left. The tiles were left hollow behind the tiles - the space behind the tiles was not filled with cement/glue. We had to remove a tile which our cabinet maker cracked and the tile had no glue or anything stuck on it. This caused the crack. Wont use them again.
