400 Gradi - Adelaide

Unfortunately we never got to eat here so this review is about their total inefficiency. Six of us were celebrating 70th birthdays for two of us and 400 Gradi was recommended. I phoned their Norwood number 08 364 6422 at 6.30pm on May 20th to make a booking for 6.30pm on May 26th and gave them all my details including my credit card number which they needed in case we didn't show. We turned up on time only to be told we did not have a booking and they could not fit us in as they were fully booked. After some discussion with the lady at the front counter she finally found our booking but it was for their restaurant in Eastland Victoria. We finally found a restaurant nearby but were disappointed we didn't get to eat at 400 Gradi.

I did replay to the restaurant when they sent their automated did you enjoy your experience email but its been over two weeks and I havent heard back. It was my first time dining at your restaurant and sadly I was not overly impressed with my pasta meal (Linguine Frutti De Mare). I found the dish very average and bland seemed like something was missing. All I could taste was olive oil and the seafood taste old especially the mussels, which I left after trying a few. I also order a margarita which was very average. Maybe they can consider checking back on the meals to see if everything is up to scratch. On the other hand my partner enjoyed his pizza and beer.
