This man is the last man you'd ever want to go to for anything trauma related. Not letting a traumatised female patient leave your room Dr Ewer is beyond unsettling.....and simply creepy.

Without the proper qualifications Dr/Mr Ewer should NOT at any cost provide an assessment. More specific Mr Ewer, if you do not possess the correct qualifications or approvals to prescribe Medical Marijuana you as a reporting psychiatrist should not have any input on a report as your qualifications fall short!!! Im considering action as this is malpractice and i feel it at the expense of Greed... Or Money in simple terms. The story is Dr Ewer produced an inaccurate report to the department of child protection based on his misinformation/lack of qualifications and insight into Non PBS medicines. Dr Ewer failed to recognize a Federal Law in his report and that is playing with fire. Dr Ewer went above the TGAs research and laws/approvals to report that he didnt believe THC flower to be a medicine. That alone should forfeit any further reports on the mental state of that individual. In the same report he also added the person was smart and potentially manipulating. I believe Dr Ewer needs further education to address the laws and medicines of the country. I would stay away from Dr Ewer at all costs and i would fight against any report he has to do on you as a 3rd party. Yours Truly, medicinal cannabis patient.
