        I was a staff member at Westpoint. Millennium had contract there Very high staff turn over due to an abusive manager with no leadership skills Centre management at Westpoint Blacktown rule by fear. Cleaning staff get removed from their role with no notice. Same with Security. I left a long time ago but will never forget the awful experience
