Bec is the real deal, she is knowledge, charisma and empathy. One session was enough to get hooked, after our first appointment I knew she was everything I couldn't find in other therapists that I had visited. Now it is like I can't wait to see her and talk to her about my things. It's been almost ten sessions now and counting. Thanks Bec for encouraging me to live my life and listen to myself. I will be grateful forever.

Bec is honestly the best therapist I could have asked for. I was hesitant to go back to therapy due to some not so great experiences with traditional/clinical psychologists. But I am so glad I chose to try again with Bec. Her knowledge, transparency & down to earth nature make the experience so rewarding and I always find myself leaving session so grateful for what I have learnt/taken away. (and usually thinking "how does she know so much?!")

Bec Hamilton is a fantastic therapist that has helped me so much over the last year. She is incredibly intuitive and able to make on the go decisions about what I am needing from each session, no matter how deep. She has offered me a therapeutic experience that safely guided me into the parts of my self that I was scared of whilst also helping me to go outside of my comfort zone. Bec has a wide variety of therapeutic practices in her tool belt and always seems to know what will work best in each session. I highly recommend seeing this queen if you are needing someone who is more grounded and less clinical in their practice.
