If I could have got through to you on the phone instead of being constantly on hold, or, even if you had an email address, I would not have needed to post this message. In August I spoke to Josh about a problem I had, he suggested a product called Nail Revive. It promised results in two weeks, I have been using it for two months with no result whatsoever. If it cost $5 maybe I would say what the heck, but I was charged $60 and when I found what I got, or not got for my money I was also surprised,and, the so called one way valve fell off on the second day. Later edit, Josh was unaware of the contact problem and is now fixing it and has also fixed my problem, thanks Josh.

Joshua treated my ingrown toenail today, he was very professional and caring and I must say I was amazed how gentle he was, I had been dreading the experience but my fear was totally unfounded. Thank you so much Joshua.
