NO BACKUP SERVICE.I purchased Hybrid boards 2 years ago which was highly recommended by the store. I had noticed several cracks in my flooring so contacted Stafford flooring where I had purchased the flooring from. I was informed by Chris that he was the new owner and he come out to look at the problem. He said there wasnt a fault in the boards but the reason they had cracked was the layer had not cleaned the floor well and because they are no longer operating as a business there was nothing that could be done. I was under the understanding that when you purchase a business you purchase the goodwill (existing customers) and therefore it comes with repairing any previous issues that may arise that are at fault from Stafford Flooring. I did not organise my own layers, Stafford Flooring did!! I have been in business for several years and have always given service to issues that have risen prior to purchasing my business. I would never ever recommend Stafford Flooring to anyone..check the reviews people before thinking about purchasing from their store!!!!

Highly recommended After dealing with incompetent flooring company ( at Salisbury ) my in-laws recommended this place Very happy with fast efficient service offered . Chris is excellent . And the installer guy also superb ( cant remember his name ) even my builder said installation done very nicely .

If laying Vinyl do not use Staffords. The tradie did a woeful job with the leveling and Chris was not helpful and no communication. Needed to refinish leveling myself at extra cost. Would not recommend.
