Bowman Morse Real Estate

This was my home owners choice of agent and for the most it was a pleasant experience for around 14 years. If things needed replacing etc it was fixed promptly. Last 18 months things got a bit more difficult with a different agent. In my eyes they were being over pedantic with house inspections, compared to the prior agents.Final inspection I was made to do a full exit clean even though it was fairly common knowledge that the property was being bulldozed to make way for two single houses. I just felt it was a waste of my money. Bond was paid back fully in quick time

Went to a rental open inspection that was run by Tracey. I've been to countless sale and rental open inspections and Tracey was the only one worthy of 5*, all the others were 1* to 3*

Wow... I unfortunately have to deal with Bowman Morse as a tenant of a rental property they manage, and a simple request for documentation to be able to organise a parking permit seems like the most extraordinary issue for them to manage and assist with. The admin staff are incredibly discourteous and unhelpful, and I was 'told off' for calling 25 minutes before they close up for the weekend with my request. This was after waiting over a week for a simple document from them and calling more than once to chase it up. If you are after a team of property managers that are willing to assist you and who are friendly and dedicated, I would look elsewhere, you won't find it at Bowman Morse. I'm almost disappointed I had to give them a single star to write this review.
