Dr Jane Zhang

Dr Jane is amazing, she explained in a simply way, clearly and easy to understand. I can feel she does really wanna help out and fixed my medical problem. At the same time she comfort due to my worried, she is a caring person.

I had an appointment on the 9th with Jane for a gynaecologist appointment, that I had booked to get some answers to things I was experiencing. I had a referral that was 8-10 pages long if not more with things i had reported to my doctor overtime and finally received a referral to the gynaecologist to not only be reassured, but to make sure that my reporductive system was working right. I arrived at 11:45 ready for my appointment at 12. To only be called in an hour later because she was behind schedule, which I can understand, but I wasnt the only one disgusted by this, the people waiting for her were and the receptionist were discussing just how late and behind schedule she was. One even mentioned to add it into the group meeting they have. Continuing on, Im already really annoyed at this point, soon after I get called in and Im ready to be reassured and clarified as being a 20 year old with many issues regarding my period made me really upset, and finally to speak to someone who specialises in the area was what I had been waiting for. Unfortunately Jane didnt do anything for me, as mentioned before my referral was 8-10 pages long if not more, I mentioned to her that I may have been taking the pill wrong, and explained to her my use and basically all she did after that was repeat exactly what I said to her. The entire time of the 3 minute conversation janes phone was buzzing and ringing and i honestly struggled to listen to a word of what she was saying because I was focused on how annoying the buzzing and vibrating her phone was, to the point where I was tempted to turn it off myself. Didnt give me a check up, didnt run any test, didnt ask any questions in regards to my period. Just repeated what I had said to her, then walked me out and I paid 185 for information I already knew. This is the worst experience by far, and sadly its expereinces like this that make you anxious to go back to another appointment even if its with someone else because you think you may experience the same issue. I could not be more disappointed by this, as a student who works on the side, this money was the biggest waste of my time and I wish I had left the first 40 minutes I was waiting to be called in and avoided this experience all together.
