Polite and nice staff, they are there to assist you in selling a CPAP machine, but that's mostly the limit of where they can help. The advice I received at times was bad, after 2 months of little to no improvement, I was advised that it could take a year or two before feeling any benefit and they suggested to wait it out (there is more context behind this advice but am avoiding the detail here). Instead of doing this I went back to my GP and 9 months later undertook a sleep study performed at a hospital. The very first almost instant red flag the staff at the hospital warned me of was a feature of these CPAP machines called the automatic ramping. The staff at Resmed would praise this feature to me when selling the machine, but the staff at the hospital warned me about it. After raising these concerns with Resmed, I received evasive answers to my questions. I have accepted Resmed's limitation that they working as sales people, they are not sleep therapists, but once you get the machine, I suggest seeing your GP about any further issues. I have other stories of poor advice and disappointing responses I received from Resmed such as incorrect usage and cleaning methods with the machine.

First month slept well. After that terrible support from staff. I gradually tightened the strap to stop mask leaking, also released tension on mask but still leaking. I now have a bruise mark on my nose due to over tightening. Worse, due to a glitch in their system, they were deducting payments on a daily basis from my bank account. This happened twice. I will have to see about the bruise mark on my nose. Get cpap gear elsewhere.

Pretty good mob Res sleep, But it was unfortunate that i couldn't get the hang of the testing equipment that was required of me, But would highly recommend res sleep to anyone thankyou guy,s & all the best .
