        The Oval Hotel has a great location. It also has a nice restaurant, Bespoke. Apart from that, I found little to commend it. Staff were just OK, doing their job but nothing more. The rooms are small and OK. Electric curtains and a table were appreciated. Room service was disappointing. Food on a paper bag does not feel like a classy hotel. I was excited to see ground coffee but could find nowhere to use it. The hotel was overpriced for what it was. The complimentary breakfast at Bespoke was the highlight of the stay. Rooms: Two king singles squashed together. Beds high but comfortable. Not a good range of pillows.
