Optometrist service was fantastic and would have rated 5 star. But unfortunately disappointing service with delivery if glasses. I paid in full expecting delivery within 2 weeks.Rang to check in delivery after two weeks and told after checking and being on hold the glasses would be absutely early the third week. Now after following up again told definitely next week. Not a problem if I was told this in the first place as I would have either accepted or not gone ahead s I really needed the glasses

I have been to this store several times over the last 24 months and this included buying a pair of glasses early on. It has always been easy to get an appointment for testing and any waiting time has been minimal to none. Reception staff are friendly and optometrists have been personable, explaining every step of the testing process and why the test is being performed. Although the optometrist recommended upgrading the strength of my reading glasses there was no "hard sell" for what was in store. This was following a question from the optometrist about how my current prescription glasses performed compared to "off the shelf" (e.g. chemist) items. This demonstrates to me the business is not just about trying to sell customers their own products. I highly recommend Kevin Paisley as a local business.
