        I agree with Amy Robinson. Asked for a printout of my statement as required by Centrelink. PDF is always weeks behind. Was met by blonde girl with a loud, vulger manner. I think the lady walking the footpath could hear her. This is the second time I've come across her. Please make statements printable & up to date so we don't have to navigate such a loud, negative staffer.
