    Absolutely terrible, head unit and speaker fitting very poor. Had warranty issues with the head unit, they tried every way to blame me or the vehicle. When I removed the head unit, no joints were soldered, cheap crimp joins, the window winders were notvreplaced properly, very poor workmanship. AM reception was terrible, tried to blame the vehicle, the manager tried to tell me the am only worked on DAB! Didn't know what he was talking about, i'm a mechanic but I let them fit it all for warranty. Finally convinced them the head unit was faulty, sent away, returned fitted back into the vehicle and was still faulty, then was told my warranty had expired!!! Wouldn't let them fit a light globe and will NEVER go back, and i'll tell everyone how poor the service was!! Very dissatified...... Now I have to go elsewhere and buy a new head unit

    My lad paid deposit on a roof rack system, and was offered a fitting service which could be scheduled for Wed 22/3/23. After some thought he decided he would fit the racks himself so on Monday 20th rang the store to let them know he would like to cancel the fitment and just pay the balance owing on the roof rack. He had already paid $1000 deposit. He was told the balance owing was $688. When he arrived at the store later that day to pay the balance and collect, the store manager Michael H. told him there would be a cancellation fee on the booking of $150 on top of what he already owed, which being a naive young person (of whom I am advocating for), paid the fee, a little bewildered as to what he was paying for. At no time was this cancellation fee discussed with him as part of the contract before the booking was made, nor is there a cancellation policy outlined on the invoice, the invoice lists the fee as Labour, which we never received. The manager flatly refused to refund the $150, saying that this is what happens everywhere and its normal. He said it was too late to change his mind, and that he would not refund the money. , even though he had let them know 2 1/2 days before the booking. I can cancel a doctor appointment with 24hrs notice without charge, yet 2 1/2 days is not enough notice to cancel a roof rack fitment? As I was finding his demeanour to be abrasive I asked to speak to someone in a higher position so he left the room for a period of time before re emerging and telling me that the owner (whom I may presume is himself) said they would not refund the money and did not wish to speak to me. I feel as though my 19 yo son has been not only had a hard sell experience, but has been taken advantage of because of his lack of wisdom of age and being unaware of his consumer rights. I felt patronised and lied to. I have read and searched your terms and conditions, and can not find anything pertaining to fees on cancellation of fitment, nor what is a reasonable period before the fitment at which a cancellation can be made. I believe it has been obtained in a deceitful manner and not a morally good way to run a business. I know because I have been a small business owner myself for the past 30 years, and I know what it takes to build a good reputation.

Literally cannot thank you enough, and to top it off they did so free of charge. They really care about their customers and it shows. Wont ever go anywhere else.
