So many reasons. Main one is the time they book your appointment is about an hour before you see the Dr, minimum!!! I got a call this morning saying my Dr has called in sick so had to see different Dr. Got told to be there hour after appointment and after another half hour waiting my original Dr who rung in sick comes out and asks for the next patient (which was not me). I got a Dr who has no idea how to talk to people and doesnt listen.

Dr. Giamos nearly killed me. I went in with chest pain, nausea, chills and headaches after giving birth. She booked me in for an anti nausea injection and said it was normal. I had sepsis. Luckily I went to hospital not long after. Reception staff are not good and no appointment is ever on time. And now they want to charge a ridiculous amount! Do not go here.

Have been here since it opened, on and off various doctors, had the best one in Dr Baczyk who I had seen for 12 years and who all of a sudden was not there, no emails txt letter or phone call explaining why, SO disappointed, as the rest of them don't care at all. Since the bulk billing stopped by the government, I had NO idea at my appt in January (as it wasnt supposed to start till march i read eventually) but I was let off due to again, not having the information, only to be told I have to find $60 every appt, unbeknownst to me those on disability are STILL bulk billed, again, not informed just told to pay. For someone with long term health issues, I need someone who's going to give me continuous care and follow up, I doubt I'll get it now, even the stupid app for making appointments says there isn't any appointments and to try later!!! Ridiculous 24/4/23 - Appt for my 15yr old son ASD2, get phone call, now have to pay for EVERY appt, $60, now if it's all 3 of my family, where do I find $180 on a disability pension? Actually where do I even find $60? That's a week of food for us all, so sad that those on low income are treated so poorly now, guess ill have to find a more caring practice

Not worth it, awful receptionists! The practice manager isnt fit to be in their position, I feel sorry for the person who owns the place.
