Very poor after sales service. Paid for vinyl upfront but after waiting weeks discovered they forgot to order it. Then they forgot to let us know it had arrived in the store. On top of that kept getting excuses why delayed. Layers weren’t returning his calls ??, excuses excuses & never bothered to call us or phone back, we had to go into the store to confront them. Finally was laid by their best vinyl layer but must say I would not want their worst one for sure. Definitely don’t recommended this place.

Michael cane to our house today to fix a blind. He was very professional and easy going. I had spent ages trying to fix it and he had the job done in 10 minutes. Definitely reccomend

The people in this store were useless ! I booked them in and paid a deposit 3months before installation they said they would definitely have the stock by the install date I rang them a month before in which they said yep the stick is in we will be there on this date I rang them the week before installing to confirm again in which I was told yep all good So I pushed my work aside for the day of install and a few days after to move everything back in. The day before installation they called me saying the stick is damaged and they now wont be coming tomorrow and there is a months delay on the stick coming in. Yay another month of renting else where with 1 days notice and with 2 dogs and 2 cats and loss time in work. They offered absolutely no compensation for anything of the loss time rent and stuff around not happy at all would go else where Im not happy with at all with the way they dealt with it. I dont think they even had the stock even with me having multiple advanced notice.
