        I think if someone rocks up for the 8:30 appointment at 8:45 they should just pick up a number and wait like everybody else. Instead of being next.

        Should have signboards to show the directions for pathology, secondly should be mentioned on the board to ring the bell after taking the number card, patients are waiting a long time thinking someone will call, Lady inside the pathology should come out and check if anyone is waiting. Poor service I would say.

        Deb was so lovely, caring and made the GD test a lot more pleasant! She really took the time to make sure everything was okay whilst also handling other patients.

        Its taking blood, not surgery. I arrived took card number 9. I have been waiting an hour and card 4 was just called. No communication or suggestions on delays. At this rate it will be 2 hour wait.
