Friend had an incredibly racist bankteller refusing assistance on a very easy matter, and when said friend spoke up about the difference in treatment between her and a white woman in the bank at the time she was told to 'calm down' and was not given the very simple information she needed that would have taken 5 seconds to print. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, do better.

Some staff are ok while some are really bad. The staff can use Microsoft teams, but its not that professional kept asking questions on teams when having an appointment with the customer which is me. And please dont pretend you know everything Ive seen you just asked the question on teams!! And whats the most important and embarrassing thing is that the answer is wrong!

Terrible home loan specialist team, salesman with gold teeth. Staff spent 3 days attempting to find us a better variable rate after moving from our fixed rate of 2.09%. In the end I myself spoke with Commbank via phone and after considerable negotiation received a % rate that was hard not to accept. Commbank Modbury finally contacted us only to inform that they have exhausted all options for a lower rate but where unsuccessful, they couldnt even come close to my new variable rate that I myself negotiated with the same bank. They dont look out for their existing loyal customers, its a numbers game.
