I have been to both the osteopath and had a massage here. I have been to many over the last 35 years and this team of professionals are Fantastic!!! I highly recommend Resilient Health for any back or tension issues. Your body will thank you for it. Oh and as a bonus they are also reasonably priced and have a carpark out the back.
