Dr Reid is an amazing doctor. He cares so much for all of our family and is so good at working out exactly what is wrong. His advice is honest and well researched. His practice considers your care holistically with a focus on reducing your risk factors.

Never mind that I have been a loyal patient for 20+ years at this practice, and felt I could open up and trust the professional team to treat me with respect and compassion, that I went out of my way to even treat them as family and show them my appreciation in ways such as Christmas gifts and at one time supplying them with toilet paper when the world went mad and no one had any. But oh, how the tables have turned and how they show their caring family ways by excluding their patients who have not been vaccinated. I am treated as a leper, and even though these doctors are out in the public every day breathing the same polluted air as I do and have no fear, apparently if I am to enter their practice I am suddenly the enemy!? Doctor Lesley Jordan was my GP. Until she apparently wasnt. I am still shocked at how rudely she treated me via a telephone consult (because that was my only way of getting medical treatment). Basically hung up on me and told me to find another GP. Thanks so much,MVFP, I no longer believe in trust or compassion

Doctor Reid has been my doctor for the past 20 years or more in my opinion I have never met a more competent, knowledgeable caring doctor he goes way and beyond what he needs to do as a doctor Receptionist are very good helpful looking at other peoples comments is confusing in twenty years I havent seen a problem with any of the staff maybe the patients need to have a look at themselves maybe they expect too much or they had a bad day and thought they would take it out of staff at the doctors Best doctors in the south in my opinion
