Damien Paynter was amazing !! In a short period of time, he got to the core of my issues and gave not only incredible insight but practical strategies. I have seen numerous therapists in the past, he 'worked me out' within a very short period of time. I made better progress in 6 months with him than I ever did It with any others in the past. It is obvious he is extremely skilled in his craft yet he is a warm & down to earth professional. I wish I had gone to see him years ago rather than wasting time with other therapists who just seemed to do textbook CBT they learnt at Uni. Thankyou thankyou thankyou.!!

Highly recommend Damien Paynter. He is professional compassionate and supportive. Damien is understanding and non judgemental of people situations. He certainly has helped me in so many ways and I can''t thank him enough for his care and support.
