I attended the Marden store for an initial inquiry and later to have an eye test done. I was impressed by the care, professionalism, and friendliness shown by the staff I interacted with. Luke took my initial inquiry and he went above and beyond, phoning me later in the day with some advice. I later attended the store and interacted with Dylan, Claire and Deanna, all of whom were extremely courteous and friendly and helped me out in a very professional manner. I was made to feel very comfortable and found some great glasses at a very good price. I will definitely be back.

First tie getting glasses in Australia and am very happy because the Indian doctor did a good job. Did not fit properly but the handsome young indian man helped me. I think store is small for busy saturday afternoon. Specs did not cost as much as other stores i looked at but qiality is still there.

I have been to a few different Specsavers and have always had a great service. However the service I received at Marden Specsavers was excellent. From the moment I got there everyone was informative, professional and friendly. Rupal went above and beyond with explaining options for me and I felt she really listened my needs and provided me with options other optometrists hadnt done before. Deanna was also exceptional as not only did she consider my needs she also gave me valuable feedback and help when it came to selecting glasses, something that as a customer shopping on their own, really needs. Thank you for fantastic health care and customer service.
