N&N Organic Hair salon magill

I went to the N&N hair salon for getting my hair smoothening treatment done for my sister's wedding. From last 4 years. I am the regular client of this salon. I am dealing with Mr. Nyan (who was the EX-owner of N&N, I came to know later down) from the day one. This time again I requested the lady (Tripthi) on the call to please book my appointment with Nayan only. She said Nayan will be on the floor and assist but actual service will be done by other staff. I was in a hurry, and I trusted and agreed whatever she said. I went to salon and one of the girls from staff started doing my smoothening treatment. After washing my natural texture of the hair was extremely rough and almost hairs were burnt. I asked this question to the SO-CALLED OWNER EKTA...she said please give it a time it will be fine after 3 days. If not, she stated we will fix it up by applying another treatment called keratin. So I walked out of the salon with this assurance. She booked me in for following week for another appointment to fix the damage. I was about to leave overseas. Just because of this shit I extended my tickets. As per commitment I called one day prior to my next appointment to double check the timings. She did not pick my calls and sent me text “ hey Simran we need to reschedule your appointment again. I called many many times to asked why? So finally, she picked up the call and said “I am going to cancel your appointment and we are not liable for this damage” so I took half day from work went there to get my refund and compensation. She stupid lady went into an long arguments…So I am now suggesting all the people whoever goes there because of nayan(ex-owner) who is a good hair stylist.. Please never takes a RISK with your hairs…The team there is highly unprofessional and having 0 knowledge. Especially, the OWNER EKTA is a highly greedy and STUPID lady… BE AWARE EVERYONE !!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to this salon for my hair straightening, spa and cut, i love love the results because my hair are too much damaged and curly. I had a great experience with staff and I would like to thanks Ruby for your tireless efforts on my hair, I really appreciate it .. I love my hairs a lot.. I highly recommend this Salon if anyone wants new look and nice treatment of hairs .. Thanks Ruby
