My wife and I have been doing the salt room and we have noticed a real difference. I have definitely noticed a difference on the basketball court with my breathing and being able to run for longer. The team at smart recovery and wellness have been great too. Would highly recommend going

Would highly recommend to anyone! Staff member who helped me with my full body scan was great, gave me an in depth review of each of my statistics and was extremely helpful. Super glad I visited and will be back again!

My daughter and I attended the empowered daughters event at Smart Recovery and Wellness and would recommend it to all, and we cant wait to do it again. We learnt so much during this session and enjoyed some new experiences together. We felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment we walked in the door.

Felt cared for as soon as I walked in, and so healthy and refreshed walking out! I come to have my regular massages there from Kylie - she is extremely skilled, warm, friendly and knows exactly what I need every time. Emma and the team there have created an amazing space for natural wellness! Can't wait to try the other therapies offered there soon!
