The self serving system for printing is compulsory now, but it is just worst. It is inefficient, the interface is slow. It has too many steeps and still manages to have not enough customisation

5 starts for kyle . really helpful. 16 may 2023 around1:15 pm i went officeworks for prints . i had pictures of a book around 200 photos and that guy helped me make pdf of that picture and printed and bind it for me . it was amazing experience because i didnt know how to do that . thank you so much kyle love your customer service want to see you again

I went to print some documents but now you can only print through self serve. I have already lost 2 cards but they asked me to buy one again to print documents. Its annoying that you want prints and they cant serve you. Its not like we are not paying for the items. Its more like they want to hold onto money of their customers and if you loose cards good luck the money is theirs. May be they should keep both the options available for customers. After all its about customers satisfaction.
