        Take my advice. Do not use this company under any circumstance.. not only is it expensive compare to others.. the speeds are terrible... and on top when you disconnect and cease using their internet..they will try to continue charging you... so just be warned

        In 8 years Ive had 3 problems, all fixed over the phone, with someone I could understand, simple service which I like, I pay for what I get and it's all I need.

        Been with Escapenet for several years. Love it. I can always get through to tech support and speak to a local, knowledgable technician who fixes my issues. No offshore call centres here.
