There may as well be no warranty,every trick in the book will be used to avoid honouring it.All I can say about dealing with them & their tech guy without extreme foul language is WOW a shocking experience.

This would have to be the worst company I have ever dealt with - I have been trying to resolve a product recall on there Astral gas pool heater which has failed to work since last May and all I get is the run around! Next steps with this company has to be legal as they don't care about there customer happy to take your money but to warranty it is another matter!!!!!! If I could I would give them ZERO stars

This mob are an absolute joke-how they are still in business is baffling, our entire pool control is astral brand and its been nothing but pain since day 1-steer clear!

Negative 5 stars. Were now waiting on our second filter in two years. The first burst a seal less than a year after installation, the replacement is leaking water from a crack somewhere underneath. Weve also had an actuator literally catch fire, the guy who replaced it said the original was a POS and incorrectly installed. We have two more of the same type which is not comforting. Our builder dealt with them originally and they were somewhat responsive but now we have waited an hour on hold numerous times to be hung up on. When we eventually got through they said a replacement filter would be out to us in two days (9 days ago) and we needed to get someone to install it. No new filter, cant get through on the phone. Absolutely appalling customer service - avoid like the plague.
